Facilitated Training Sessions on SOP for Public University Representatives:

It's always a pleasure for me to speak on professional matters, especially in front of representatives from public universities across the country. Recently, I had the opportunity to facilitate training sessions focused on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), tailored for individuals directly involved in implementing training programs under the component: Enabling Environment for Digital Economy.

The sessions were attended by more than 80 participants from approximately 21 public universities. These participants included accountants, procurement experts, and faculty coordinators - all playing crucial roles in their respective institutions. The training sessions took place at the EDGE Project Conference Room on January 18, 2024, and November 26, 2024.

To maximize participation and effectiveness, we adopted a hybrid format - ensuring that even those unable to attend physically could actively participate and engage with the content. The focus on SOP was instrumental in helping universities successfully carry out their training programs under training grants fund, EDGE project in alignment with national digital economy goals.

As a token of appreciation for the successful completion of the training sessions, I was honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from Dr. Md. Mahfuzul Islam Shamim, Component Co-Lead-1, EDGE Project, BCC. This recognition truly means a lot to me.

A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Shamim and his dedicated team for their support and collaboration throughout the sessions.

Conducted Training for BUPF members.

It was a memorable experience for me when I worked as a Grants Manager for PROGATI-DAI, USAID. These pictures are from early 2010. As a trainer, I successfully conducted training sessions for the Bangladesh Union Parishad Forum (BUPF). Chairmen from various Union Parishads across Bangladesh attended the sessions. I delivered a total of 12 hours of training across four batches, with each residential training batch lasting three days. It was a great experience for me as a trainer to conduct sessions on "Accountability and Transparency in Union Parishad Resource Management." Specifically, I covered topics such as UP Budget Preparation, Resource Management, and Open Budget for Citizens.

Thanks to BUPF for giving me the opportunity to serve as a trainer. We are proud of your vital role in grassroots development.
