Organizational Development



The X Y and Z of Management Theory achieving a clear understanding of human nature. This theory have a high degree of confidence in its workers in order for this type of participative management to work.
The X Y and Z of Management Theory assumptions are made in the work place, based on observations of the workers, and their productivity.

But we have to consider and practices:
·         Relationship with management.
·         Organization attitude
·         Team work
·         Governance in the organization
Such practices will clear the views to understand of human nature is an important aspect to management in the work place.
